OPEN POSITIONS:

  • We’re looking for an energetic and personable bartender to join our team and help deliver memorable experiences for our guests.

    As a bartender, you'll be the face of the bar, mixing drinks with precision, engaging with customers, all while keeping the energy positive and fun. We're looking for someone with great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

    • Interact with guests in a friendly and timely manner

    • Maintain a clean and organized bar area & participate in daily cleaning

    • Handle cash and operate the POS system

    • Assist with inventory management and restocking

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service

    EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous bartending/service industry experience (preferred)

    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills

    • TABC & Texas Food Manager Certification (REQUIRED)

  • We are looking for a part-time fry cook for the Evening Shift: 5PM-2AM (Thursday-Sunday) + either Monday, Tuesday , or Wednesday (depending on seasonal events).

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Operate deep fryers safely and efficiently to prepare menu items like fries, wings, and appetizers.

    • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked perfectly and consistently.

    • Set up and break down your workstation, including filtering oil and maintaining fryer logs.

    • Manage station inventory, restock items during your shift, and communicate with other line cooks.

    • Maintain a sparkling clean, sanitized, and organized workspace that strictly adheres to Texas food safety guidelines.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience as a fry cook, line cook, or prep cook— PREFERRED (but not required)

    • Ability to multitask, and remain calm under pressure.

    • Ability to stand for long periods (8 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs.

    • Current Texas Food Manager Certificate, or the ability to obtain one upon hiring— REQUIRED

    • Current TABC Certification, or the ability to obtain one upon hiring— REQUIRED

      ** We require all employees, regardless of position or role, to have a current TABC Seller-Server Certification
